1. About this website

This website gives information about our courses, faculty, results and facilities, and lets you contact us. We try to keep it accurate, but course dates, fees, syllabus and exam rules are set by us and by bodies such as ICAI, ICMAI, ACCA and IMA, and they change. Please confirm current details with us before you decide.

2. Enquiries and registration

Information you give in a form must be true and complete. If you give false information, we may cancel your registration or disqualify you from the TAT. Submitting a form is a request for us to contact you. It is not an offer of admission and does not create a contract for any course. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to your enquiry.

3. Fees and admission

Fees shown on this website are for guidance. The fee, instalments, refund and transfer terms that apply to you are the ones written in your admission confirmation. Nothing on this website promises a seat, a batch or a start date.

4. Results and claims

Exam results, ranks and pass rates shown on this site are about our students in the periods stated and do not guarantee any result for you. Your result depends on your own effort and on the examining body.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Submit false, misleading or someone else's details without their permission
• Send spam, malicious code or automated requests to the site or its forms
• Try to break into the website or the systems behind it
• Copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission

6. Our content

The text, logos, photographs, videos and design on this website belong to Transparent Academy or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, with credit to us. Names and photographs of students on our results pages celebrate their achievement, and any student or guardian can ask us to remove them at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

7. Third-party links and services

This website links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and examining bodies' websites. Your use of them is under their own terms.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website available but we do not promise it will always work without errors or interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that results from using this website or from relying on information on it, other than loss that the law does not let us exclude. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Palakkad, Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under consumer law.
