1. Who we are

2. What we collect

We collect only what you type into our forms or tell us when you contact us:

• Name
• Phone number (and email address, if you give one)
• Home town or place
• The course you are interested in and your highest qualification (on the exam registration form)
• Any message you write to us
• Your consent choice on the form

We do not ask for payment details, Aadhaar or bank information on this website.

3. Why we use it

We use your details to:

• Call, message or WhatsApp you about the course you asked about, and to guide you through admission
• Register you for the Transparent Academy Test (TAT) and tell you the exam date
• Answer questions you send us
• Keep a record of our conversations with you so that you do not have to repeat yourself
• Meet legal and accounting duties

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising by other companies.

4. Why we are allowed to use it

We contact you because you asked us to or gave consent on our form, by ticking the box that says we may contact you by phone and WhatsApp. If you are under 18, we ask for the consent of your parent or guardian and we may contact them instead of, or as well as, you. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 8). Some records we keep because the law requires it.

5. Who sees it

Your details are visible only to the academy's admissions and counselling staff who need them. We use trusted service providers to run our systems, for example web hosting, our enquiry management system, email and WhatsApp messaging. They may only use your information to provide that service to us, and some of their servers may be outside India. We may also share information when the law or a court requires it. We do not share your details with other coaching institutes or marketers.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiry details: up to 3 years after our last contact with you, then deleted or made anonymous
• Call recordings, where calls are recorded and you have been told: 6 months
• Records of students who join the academy: for as long as the student is with us and afterwards for as long as needed for certificates, results and legal records

Ask us earlier and we will delete what the law lets us delete.

7. How we protect it

Our systems are protected with passwords, restricted staff access, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and regular backups kept in a separate location. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach affecting your information occurs we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you and why
• Correct or complete it
• Delete it
• Stop contacting you, or withdraw your consent
• Nominate someone to act for you if you cannot

Write or call using the details in section 1. We will answer within a reasonable time and not later than the law requires. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operating.

9. Children

Many of our students are under 18. We ask a parent or guardian to agree to our contacting a minor, and we do not show advertising to children or track their behaviour.

10. Links to other sites

Our pages link to services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. They have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to how we use your details, we will tell you before it applies.
